Terms of Service

FastPlaced ("we", "us") provides this service. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

FastPlaced is an AI-assisted recruitment productivity tool for matching, CV work, sourcing, research and recruiter content. It is not a CRM or ATS and does not keep a permanent record of your recruitment content.

• Each licence is for one named recruiter. Logins must not be shared.
• The Account Owner manages billing, licences and organisation settings, and is responsible for who is invited.
• You must keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• One active session is allowed per account; signing in elsewhere ends the previous session.

• £89 + VAT per recruiter per month, or £890 + VAT per recruiter per year.
• There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• 1 to 50 licences can be bought online; contact us for more.
• Licence increases take effect straight away with a pro-rated charge. Reductions take effect at the next renewal and cannot go below the number of recruiters assigned.

The Account Owner can cancel through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and cancellation can be undone before then.

If a payment fails, access continues for a 3-day grace period while you update your payment details. If payment is not made by then, AI and research features are suspended until it is. Billing settings remain available.

Each licence includes 1,000 Standard AI Actions and 150 Live Research Actions per monthly usage period, plus hourly rate limits. Usage is not unlimited. When an allowance is used up, that type of action pauses until the next period; there is no automatic overage charge. Use is subject to our Fair Use & Acceptable Use Policy.

• Outputs are generated with AI and can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review them before use.
• FastPlaced is a support tool and does not make hiring decisions. Recruiters remain responsible for every decision.
• Candidate evidence comes only from the material you supply. Missing evidence does not prove a candidate lacks a skill or experience.
• You must not use FastPlaced to make decisions based on protected characteristics.

You keep all rights in the content you supply. You are responsible for having the right and a lawful basis to process candidate and job information in FastPlaced, and for complying with data protection and employment law.

We own FastPlaced, its software and branding. You may use outputs generated for you in your recruitment work.

We aim to keep FastPlaced available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, including credential sharing, abuse or non-payment. You can end your subscription by cancelling.
