FastPlaced is a recruitment productivity tool, not a CRM or ATS. Your own recruitment systems remain the place where candidate and job records are kept.
CVs and job descriptions are processed temporarily for the task you run. FastPlaced does not keep a permanent candidate or job database.
Uploaded files, extracted text and generated results are not kept as permanent recruitment records. You can clear your temporary workspace at any time, and it is cleared when you sign out.
Account, organisation, subscription, licence and settings information, plus usage counts, security records and billing status.
If your organisation sets up CV branding, its template choices and logo are stored.
Business Development research is not kept automatically. A recruiter can choose Save Search to keep a structured snapshot of the hiring companies and vacancy details (such as titles, locations, dates and advert links) needed to reopen it.
Raw research pages, outreach drafts and contact records are not saved. Saved searches are personal to the recruiter who saved them, and they can delete them at any time. No other recruitment workflow is saved this way.
When you search a folder on your own computer, the documents are read in your browser for that search. Their contents are not uploaded into FastPlaced storage.
Your browser may remember which folder you connected so you don't have to pick it again. That stays on your device.
Each customer organisation is kept separate. Database access rules stop one organisation's users from reading another organisation's account data.
Every account signs in with a verified email address, with password reset and Google sign-in available. Each licence is for one named recruiter, and one active session is allowed per account.
Only the Account Owner can manage billing, licences and organisation settings.
Credentials for the external services FastPlaced uses, such as AI and payments, are held and used on our servers and are never sent to your browser.
Our usage, billing and audit records contain account and technical information only. Recruitment content is not written into them, or into our account emails.
FastPlaced uses AI to analyse and draft. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so recruiters must review them and remain responsible for every decision.

FastPlaced does not currently hold ISO 27001, SOC 2 or any other external security certification, and has not had an external penetration test.
