Fair Use & Acceptable Use

• Each licence includes 1,000 Standard AI Actions and 150 Live Research Actions per monthly usage period.
• Hourly rate limits apply to AI, research, AI Assistant and local folder matching actions.
• When an allowance is used up, that type of action pauses until the next period. There are no overage charges or credits to buy.

• Use a named recruiter account, one person per licence.
• Only upload or process content you have the right and a lawful basis to use.
• Review AI outputs before relying on them.

• Share logins or let more than one person use a licence.
• Use bots, scripts or automation to drive FastPlaced.
• Try to get around rate limits, allowances or other usage controls.
• Scrape FastPlaced or use it for unauthorised scraping of other sites.
• Probe, test or attack the security of FastPlaced without our written permission.
• Process personal data unlawfully, or make decisions based on protected characteristics.

We may restrict excessive or automated use, and suspend accounts involved in abuse. Where possible we will contact the Account Owner first.
